For the majority of customers we operate as their outsourced IT department, taking full responsibility for network design and installation, hardware and software support via our helpdesk service, and working with third parties where required to ensure smooth-running of your systems. If you already have existing IT personnel and just require additional support, we are just as happy to work alongside them, providing professional assistance and advice.
