Our clients can call the Vertigo help desk for first line support. Many problems can be quickly fixed over the phone.
Remote support
Our clients benefit from remote support* on their laptops, workstations and servers. We use a secure and reliable remote access program, which enables our engineers to see exactly what your seeing on your device and take over the reigns should we need to. Clients must have a connection to the internet to take advantage of our remote support.
Onsite support
If a problem cannot be fixed over the phone or remotely we can send one of our highly skilled engineers out to resolve the problem and if you have chosen on site visits in your monthly support contract it won't cost you a penny.
Guaranteed response time
All our clients benefit from a maximum response time of 4 hours from the time they report a problem, however in most cases your problem will be logged and fixed in a fraction of this time. If you require instant response times, these can be added to your contract.
Proactive support
This can be scheduled in advance on a monthly or weekly basis. We visit your premises and give all devices a thorough health check this will reduce the risk of problems occurring in the future. For no extra charge we make sure your daily backups are running correctly and test them once a month to make sure your data is as safe as possible.
Live server monitoring
We monitor your network 24/7, so we will know there is a problem before you do.
